D-Day Conneaut is a fantastic regional living history event centred around the events of D-Day. Such an important day in our history.

Interact with over 1,500 living history reenactors depicting WWII U.S., Commonwealth, and German soldiers, sailors, and support personnel plus French Resistance and 1940s civilians.
Explore Allied, French, and German encampments and their tactical support elements along with historical exhibits.
See training exercises, weapons, living history demonstrations, boats, planes, military vehicles and armor.
Experience 4 historic battle recreations plus skirmishes involving French Resistance forces and German troops.
Watch our climatic battle as Allied troops land via Higgins Boats, DUKWs, and IVIs. Look on as the men and their Armor units assault the German defences on the bluffs overlooking the “Normandy” beachhead as military aircraft fly cover overhead.
Have the opportunity to meet WW2 Veterans and you can be guaranteed to be blown away by their personal experiences and sacrifice.
