Tanks, Trucks and Firepower

Tanks, Trucks and Firepower is a humongous military vehicle show in the Midlands over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

This show has been going on for over a decade and it’s grown to be one of the largest – if not the largest – military vehicle shows in the UK. With over 300 vehicles each year, as well as battle reenactments and other displays and activities, it certainly makes for a great day out for the whole family. The entry prices are also very reasonable, especially if you book your tickets in advance.

Friday is an exhibitors only day, and if you have a military vehicle, you can roam freely in the arena with no restrictions. This is the same every evening of the show as well, once it closes to the public. For visitors, you will have plenty to do and see, including reenactment battles and displays, military helicopters, a static Spitfire, and tank rides (for a small fee). And children can take part in laser tag battles or go on the bouncy castles and other children’s rides.

Monday is a classic car day, which will include classic emergency vehicles as well.

Prices (please note, these are only the presale ticket prices)

Adult: £10 for 1 day or £19.50 for 3 days

Child: £5 for 1 day or £10 for 3 days (FREE under 5 years old)

Family: £25 for 1 day or £49.50 for 3 days (valid for 2 adults and 3 children)

Disabled adult: £9.50 for 1 day or £10 for 3 days (carer goes in FREE with proof of Carer’s Allowance)

Pensioner: £5 for 1 day or £10 for 3 days
