DESCRIPTION:The Yorkshire Wartime Experience is an explosive fun family day out!\nThe Yorkshire Wartime Experience is an annual living history event that has been going for more than a decade. Taking place in August\, this 3-day event is the largest one of its kind in the North of England. Focused on re-enactment and military vehicles\, it also has over 50 vendor stalls selling vintage clothing as well as militaria collectibles. \nWith over 500 military vehicles and over 50 re-enactment groups\, the Yorkshire Wartime Experience is the North’s largest show of its kind. \nGates open at 10am and the show is on until 5pm. \nPrices on the gate are as follows:\nAdult: £16 \nChild: £8 (ages 3-16) – under 3s FREE \nSenior citizen: £12 \nFamily ticket: £50 (2 adults and 3 children) \nYou can also book your tickets online. Camping spaces are available for the weekend and these can be booked online as well. DESCRIPTION:Chatham Militaria Fair is a UK show recurring on the second Sunday of every month at Chatham Historic Dockyards (with some occasional exceptions).\nThe event is held on Slip No.5 of the historic dockyard at Chatham and is currently the only undercover monthly fair solely for militaria sale in the UK. There’s 36.000 square feet of space for dealers\, meaning the show often brings a large selection. Thanks to being under cover\, the show is never cancelled due to wind or rain. \nTraders can enter from 5:30am and the public from 7am with the show closing at 2pm. \nFor traders this is a great show\, no need to book a table. SUMMARY:Penkridge Military Fair
DESCRIPTION:A well-established militaria fair\, the Penkridge Military Fair returned in 2022 after it was unfortunately cancelled for a few years due to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns. Elephant Promotions (3 Elephants Antiques) has taken over organising this fair and they have 4 fair dates confirmed for 2023. \nEntry is only £2 and free for under 16 year olds. If you’re a reenactor wearing period clothes\, or you have a military vehicle with you\, entry is also free. There is a prize for the best vehicle and crew as well. \nAs for traders\, there are several options for stalls ranging from £10 to £45. If you just want a 12ft space outside\, it is £10. Outside\, but under cover it’s £15 for an 8ft space. Neither of these options come with tables so if you require them\, you need to bring your own. For the indoor pitches\, a 6ft table is £25 and a double (12ft) space is £45.
