The Yorkshire Wartime Experience is an explosive fun family day out!
The Yorkshire Wartime Experience is an annual living history event that has been going for more than a decade. Taking place in August, this 3-day event is the largest one of its kind in the North of England. Focused on re-enactment and military vehicles, it also has over 50 vendor stalls selling vintage clothing as well as militaria collectibles.
With over 500 military vehicles and over 50 re-enactment groups, the Yorkshire Wartime Experience is the North’s largest show of its kind.
Gates open at 10am and the show is on until 5pm.
Prices on the gate are as follows:
Adult: £16
Child: £8 (ages 3-16) – under 3s FREE
Senior citizen: £12
Family ticket: £50 (2 adults and 3 children)
You can also book your tickets online. Camping spaces are available for the weekend and these can be booked online as well. Make sure to book well in advance as these tend to sell out quickly.
