UK – The Overlord Show
The The Overlord Show is a military history event held in Hampshire each year. Operating since the 1970s in one form or another the show is well established and continues to grow. Billed as the “south coasts premier military spectacular” you will find over 300 military and classic vehicles, 70+ traders selling military items and 40+ living history / reenactor groups.
Throughout the day there will be parades of vehicles from all periods of military history. Currently there are Battle of Britain memorial flight flyovers scheduled for the Friday and Sunday of the show. Of course, there will also be a battle reenactment in the afternoon to help round off the day. Throughout the reenactor fields you will also find interesting demonstrations and displays done by the passionate groups. A WW2 soviet sniper display is currently top of our list to see!
Ticket prices vary but it is worth mentioning that they do offer a family ticket. This is for 2 adults and up to 4 children (5-15 years). This would vastly reduce the cost of a family day out!

UK – WarAg
WarAg stands for War and Agriculture. The WarAg Revival will return this year for another weekend of WWII as well as agricultural vehicles in Somerset. The event’s primary focus is on the British Home Front during World War II but other aspects of militaria are also represented. There are countless vehicles, planes, trade stalls, food stalls as well as entertainers on site. Camping spots are available for those who would like to stay on site over the weekend from only £10 per night.
The venue for the WarAg Revival is the Middlezoy Aerodrome at Westonzoyland Airfield.
As well as the WarAg event, the organisers also have a military fayre at the same site called Tank and Tractor Tidy Up. This was a great success in the past so we are looking forward to more details as they emerge.

At Militaria Today we have compiled the world’s most extensive militaria fairs and events list. We strive to be as accurate as we can. However, all events are subject to change, so we recommend checking with the event organisers before travelling, in case of any last-minute changes. We cover a worldwide market, so it can be hard to keep up with last-minute amendments.
Know of a show that’s not on our list?
Our fairs list is completely free for all users and show organisers! So if you know of a militaria fair, show, military yard/boot sale, reenactment or other event that is not on our list, just get in touch and we will happily add it to our list and promote the event on our social media. Please send any submissions via our contact us page. We want to build the most complete worldwide list available.
