The Yorkshire Wartime Experience
The Yorkshire Wartime Experience is an explosive fun family day out! The Yorkshire Wartime Experience is an annual living history event that has been going for more than a decade. Taking place in August, this 3-day event is the largest one of its kind in the North of England. Focused on re-enactment and military vehicles, it also has over 50 vendor stalls selling vintage clothing as well as militaria collectibles. Echoes of History Show
'History through the ages' That is what you will get at the Echoes of History Show. Covering a history of modern warfare right through to the vikings; there is something for everyone. Couple this with hundreds of military vehicles and reenactment displays galore, it really is a complete weekend. Back by popular demand is the marquee running all day with 40s fashion shows, music, dancing and singing. Chatham Militaria Fair
Chatham Militaria Fair is a UK show recurring on the second Sunday of every month at Chatham Historic Dockyards (with some occasional exceptions). The event is held on Slip No.5 of the historic dockyard at Chatham and is currently the only undercover monthly fair solely for militaria sale in the UK. There's 36.000 square feet of space for dealers, meaning the show often brings a large selection. Thanks to being under cover, the show is never cancelled due to wind or rain. Durham Medal & Militaria Fair
The Durham Medal & Militaria Fair takes place around every 2 months at Bowborn Community Centre in County Durham. With over 40 dealers on average offering a wide selection of medals, military, helmets, uniforms, documents, WW1/WW2 and much much more. There's few areas of militaria not covered. Wolverley Militaria Fair
The Wolverley Militaria Fair is a self-proclaimed "proper old-school militaria fair". A local fair, the Wolverley Militaria Fair is very truly old school. A small local venue with regular collectors and dealers who love to enjoy the famous Wolverley bacon butty. Penkridge Military Fair
A well-established militaria fair, the Penkridge Military Fair returned in 2022 after it was unfortunately cancelled for a few years due to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns. Elephant Promotions (3 Elephants Antiques) has taken over organising this fair and they have 4 fair dates confirmed for 2023. Entry is only £2 and free for under 16 year olds.
